The information below outlines the steps from application to enrolment, along with tuition and annual fees. These contributions enable ISJ to provide exceptional teaching, individualised care, and a broad range of opportunities for every pupil.

Application & Enrolment
Application Fee
Payable upon submission of the Application Form. Non-refundable and non-transferable.
Enrolment Deposit
Confirms your child's place. Refundable when leaving ISJ, subject to 90 days written notice and settlement of all fees.
Annual Tuition Fees
Annual tuition fees include all teaching and learning, classroom materials and resources, and capital contribution toward campus facilities and development.

ISJ provides limited bursary funds each year to support families who would otherwise be unable to access an ISJ education.

Payment Structure
Tuition fees are normally payable annually in advance. Termly payment arrangements may be agreed upon request. In exceptional cases, alternative payment schedules may be considered following discussion with the Academic Director.
Sibling Discount
To support families with more than two children at ISJ, a tuition fee reduction applies:
- 5% discount for a third child
- 10% discount for a fourth child
- 15% discount for fifth and subsequent children
Mid-Year Enrolments
Pupils joining part-way through a term will be charged pro rata for all annual fees.
Late Payment
All fees must be paid by the due date on the invoice. Late payments incur a charge of 2% per month on the outstanding balance. The school reserves the right to withhold reports, references, or access to classes and activities where fees remain unpaid.
Notice Requirements
Parents must give 90 days written notice prior to the pupil's last day attending school.
Annual Fee Reviews
Fees are reviewed annually to ensure the school continues to invest in high-quality teachers, facilities, and programmes. ISJ reserves the right to make adjustments if circumstances require, with as much notice as possible.
Terms and Conditions
What's Included in Annual Fees
Annual fees include tuition, materials fee, and capital contribution. This covers teaching and learning across all subjects, classroom materials, campus facilities and maintenance, and pastoral care and academic support.
Compulsory Additional Fees
In addition to annual tuition fees, all pupils are charged for lunch and trips & events. These fees are payable annually or termly and cover daily meals, day trips, educational visits, and school events throughout the year.
Note: Residential programmes are charged separately when applicable.
Optional Fees
Other fees and charges may be due for optional items such as uniform, transport, some co-curricular clubs, wraparound care, individual music lessons, and residential programmes.
Refunds
Tuition fees: Fees paid in advance will be refunded for any full term not attended, provided 90 days written notice has been given.
Non-refundable fees: The Application Fee is non-refundable. Materials and Capital Contribution fees are non-refundable once the academic year has commenced.
Enrolment Deposit: Refunded in full when a pupil leaves ISJ, subject to 90 days written notice and settlement of all financial obligations.
Cancellation before starting: In the event of cancellation before a pupil starts, the Enrolment Deposit is non-refundable. Enrolment may only be postponed once, with prior approval.
Major Disruption
In the event of unavoidable closure or disruption (including remote learning), fees remain payable in full.
Additional Charges
Additional charges may apply for external examinations, optional programmes, or special activities. These will always be communicated in advance.
