Begin by contacting our admissions team at admissions@isj.id or by phone at +62 811 1000 7672. We will guide you through the process and answer any questions.

Applications can be submitted up to two years in advance. We will send you the Application Form and arrange a convenient time to visit the school.

We encourage all prospective families to visit ISJ before applying. Tours allow you to see the campus, meet staff, observe lessons, and ask questions about curriculum, pastoral care, and school life.

Complete and return the Application Form along with the required documents. The Application Fee (IDR 4,680,000) must be paid for your application to be processed.

For pupils applying to Year 1 and above, we conduct age-appropriate entrance assessments. These are designed to understand your child's academic readiness, learning potential, and personal qualities such as curiosity and focus.

Assessments are conducted in a relaxed, supportive environment, either individually or in small groups. They typically include activities in literacy, numeracy, and problem-solving, along with a brief informal conversation.

Following the assessment (or review of the application for early years), families will be informed of the outcome. Your child will be:

• Offered a place
• Placed on a waiting list (if no immediate space is available)
• Informed that we are currently unable to offer a place

If a place is offered, you will receive a formal offer letter outlining next steps, key dates, and the Enrolment Deposit requirement.

To confirm your child's place, complete the Acceptance Form and pay the Enrolment Deposit (IDR 16,328,000) within the timeframe stated in the offer letter.

Once the deposit is received, your child's place is secured and we will provide information about uniform, term dates, orientation, and settling-in arrangements.
