How to Apply
Entry to ISJ is non-selective for Pre-Nursery, Nursery, and Reception. Admission to Year 1 and above is by assessment. We recommend applying early to secure your preferred start date.

Applications can be submitted up to two years in advance.
Visit the School
We encourage all prospective families to visit ISJ before applying. Tours allow you to see the campus, meet staff, observe lessons, and ask questions about curriculum, pastoral care, and school life.

Submit Application
Complete and return the Application Form along with the required documents. The Application Fee (IDR 4,680,000) must be paid for your application to be processed.
Assessment
For pupils applying to Year 1 and above, we conduct age-appropriate entrance assessments. These are designed to understand your child's academic readiness, learning potential, and personal qualities such as curiosity and focus.
Assessments are conducted in a relaxed, supportive environment, either individually or in small groups. They typically include activities in literacy, numeracy, and problem-solving, along with a brief informal conversation.
Note: Entry to Pre-Nursery, Nursery, and Reception is non-selective. These year groups do not require formal assessment.
Admissions Decision
Following assessment, we will notify you of our decision in writing. If your child is offered a place, you will receive an Offer Letter along with details of next steps, including payment of the Enrolment Deposit to secure the place.
Once enrolment is confirmed, we will send you a Welcome Pack with term dates, schedules, key contacts, and information about your child's class teacher and form group.
